forgot to turn blue lineart to black
took 5 days, 12 hour, minutes 'i dont remember', seconds 'who knows'
and now im DEEEEEEAAAAAAAD~~

hmm.. i dont know how to halftone in SAI
but, in GIMP, to make the halftone, i did gradient>filter>distort>newsprint...
then make any colour bg you like, and the halftone layer make it overlay or multiply
